Vehicle vs guardrail MVC

Tuesday October 20th DVFC Air 9, Rescue 9 and Chief 9 responded to a vehicle into the guardrail in the area of the Highs at Rt 1 and Main Street. Harford County Department of Emergency Services transported 2 individuals and evaluated a 3rd, who refused transport. The cause of the collision was investigated by the Maryland State Police. Units were on scene approximately 2 hours.
