DVFC Responds Mutual Aid to Peach Bottom for a large brush/field fire

Members of DVFC responded in Brush 9 and Engine 912 to assist multiple departments in the Peach Bottom area with a large brush/field fire threatening a large barn. Units worked on scene approximately 3 hours controlling and extinguishing the fire in a wooded area adjacent to the barn. Dry conditions, a large fuel load and wind contributed to the growth of the fire.
