On Monday, June 23rd Department Of Emergency Services Medic 92 responded for a near drowning incident at the Conowingo Pool. After assessment of the juvenile patient and consultation with Medical Direction, it was determined necessary to transport via helicopter. Engine 912, Engine 913 and Chief 9 responded to House 1 where the parking lot was used as a landing zone for Maryland State Police Trooper 3 (Frederick Section) to receive the patient. All units returned to service after Trooper 3 began transport.
