Truck Fire Rt 1 at the Conowingo Pool

On the night of June 30th DVFC responded to a box truck on fire on Rt 1 in the area of the Conowingo Pool. Chief 9 arrived to find a box truck “well involved”. Engine 911 arrived and quickly knocked the fire. Route 1 was shut down during fire operations. Operations concluded after approximately 1 hour.
