Lawnmower rollover
August 28, 2025
August 28th, members of DVFC responded to a medical call in which an individual was injured while unloading a zero turn mower from a trailer. The lawnmower slipped off ramps and threw the individual off and may have rolled over onto them.
Car 909 and Department of Emergency Services Medic 34 responded to the scene. The patient was found to meet protocol for transport via aviation to an adult trauma center. The patient was stabilized and transported to Moxley's Airport where they were transferred to Maryland State Police Trooper 1 for further treatment and transport. Landing zone preparation and security was handled by Engine 912.
